Rainbow Steak Stir-fry

Chinese Style

Serves 4 – 6

Ingredients:

1 T Butter

1 T Olive oil

1 c Yellow Bell Peppers (cut in strips)

1 c Red Bell Peppers (cut in strips)

1 c Carrots (peeled and cut in strips)

1 c Green beans (frozen)

0,60 kg Beef topside (cut into strips)

1 t Sweet Paprika

salt and pepper (to taste)

Method:

Heat a Wok on High, add butter, oil and paprika

When butter is melted, add the steak, allow to cook for 2 minutes, then stir.

cook for another 2 minutes

add the beans, cook till soft

add the carrots and peppers (heat through, stirring continuously.

turn off the heat

add salt and pepper

Serve hot
