Chilli Fides Soup

Vegan Style.

This soup is not only tasty, with a bite, it has everything you need to fight off a cold and is super quick to cook.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Veggie Stock Cubes
  • 1 Garlic Clove (finely chopped)
  • 1 Hot Green Chilli (or any Chilli, and as hot as you like)
  • 1/4 c Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
  • 2 c Fides (Noodles)
  • 5 c Water (boiled)

Method:

Place everything in a pot, and boil for 5 minutes

Serve hot!
