Deliciously fast vegan dish.
- 1T Sunflower oil
- 1c Chopped Mushrooms
- 2 Veggie Stock cubes
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 250g Tomato Pure
- 2c Orzo (Pasta Rice)
- 5c Boiled Water
- Salt and Pepper
- In a pan, add oil, garlic and stock cubes
- then add orzo, stirring to make sure it’s evenly coated
- add the mushrooms, cook for 10 minutes
- add the pure, water, salt and pepper
- boil for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Serve Hot
